Shipping Policy

This policy explains delivery of the DigitalGauges portable tire inflator. All timeframes below are in business days, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.

Shipping destinations and cost

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping to both countries is free. Contact us before ordering if you need to check a particular address.

Processing: 1–3 business days

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days before being handed to a carrier. Processing is separate from transit.

Transit: 4–6 business days

Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. The combined estimate is 5–9 business days from order placement. Weather, carrier delays, customs and remote destinations can affect delivery; estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking and order information

When tracking is available, shipping information is sent to the email supplied at checkout. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Contact us promptly if the shipping address needs correction or if a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incomplete; include your order number and relevant photographs.

Taxes and import charges

Free shipping does not necessarily include taxes, duties or government-imposed import charges. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.
